Who we’re looking for

We’re hiring enthusiastic and safety-minded instructors for:

• Windsurfing – You’ve taught before and love helping others improve
• SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding) – Experience is a plus, but we can train you
• Wingfoiling – Know the gear and the thrill? Share it with our guests

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Passionate about teaching water sports
• Safety-focused and reliable
• Flexible and comfortable working on the beach
• Extra languages = extra points
