We’re not a fine dining restaurant; We’re a fresh, surf-style café serving sandwiches, smoothie bowls, salads, tosties, flammkuchen, and cocktails. Think relaxed vibe, high quality, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the water.

👨‍🍳 Your Role

You will take full ownership of the kitchen:

• Run daily kitchen operations independently
• Ensure fast, consistent, high-quality food
• Improve and streamline our menu
• Manage stock, ordering, and reduce waste
• Bring structure so our rotating team can support smoothly

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a professional kitchen (2+ years preferred)
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Organized, clean, and efficient
• Comfortable with a simple but high-quality menu
• Experience with stock control and ordering is a big plus
• Strong team player who can guide non-chef staff

Our location is not accessible by public transport: You must have your own car
